You may have heard that all WCBC alumni graduate with no government student loan debt. We're happy to confirm that you heard correctly. Since our founding in 1995, WCBC has been committed to helping our students graduate on-time and debt-free so that they can leave here and go change the world with the Gospel.

Computer and Technology Fee

The general computer and technology fee of $100.00 per term allows all students full access to theological journals through Galaxie Theological Journals and access to the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) which supplies full-text books, bibliographic material, and abstracts across a multiplatform of academic subjects. Students also receive a student email account. Additionally, this fee is used to maintain the Student Information System and its student portal access along with the Learning Management System (Canvas) that provides each student with online access to grades, attendance, student financial accounts, as well as other vital services.

Payment Schedule

Payment of tuition and fees owed for each term may be made in three installments as follows:

• 50% of Tuition and fees is due before the first day of class
• 50% of Tuition and fees is due by Thursday of Week Four

A student who has not made the first installment of tuition and fees before classes begin will be made inactive in Canvas. If a student pays the first installment by Wednesday of Week One, they will receive access to their courses. If payment is not received by the end of the drop/add period, the student will be unregistered from their course(s) and all refundable charges will be reversed. Tuition and fees for the current term must be paid in full before a student will be allowed to register for a new term. Courses for which tuition and fees have not been paid will receive a grade of "Incomplete" until they are fully paid.
